The Way Back is a quest in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.

Walkthrough
The quest begins after completing Strike Back.
Return to the Nexus
- Go through the portal in Colyphyr Mines where you have defeated Baphomet.
- Remember to finish everything in Colyphyr Mines first, like completing Fulsome Queen's errands.
Return to the Midnight Fane through the rift
- On your way you will see demons assaulting your camp in Nexus. For successful resolution you need to get at least 4 points from the following sources:
- +1 sent Aasimar slaves from Dyunk the Slave Trader or Latverk to Nexus.
- They will kill two Kalavakuses before the battle begins.
- -1 sent Pleasure slaves from Dyunk the Slave Trader to Nexus.
- One of them will attempt to run away toward the demons and will be killed.
- -2 sent Krebus' slaves to Nexus.
- +1 sent Gladiator slaves from Wirlong Black Mask's to Nexus.
- +1 sent Golarian slaves from Raggy or Battlebliss Arena to Nexus.
- +1 sent Xorges to Nexus.
- +2 asked Nocticula to protect your camp.
- She will send Succubi to protect your camp. They will kill a Kalavakus before the battle begins.
- +1 Mythic Demon sent shadow demons to protect your camp.
- You will also gain Minotaur Vanguard x10 upon your return to Drezen.
- +1 Mythic Azata spared Minagho and told Hand of the Inheritor about the dangers of the portals.
- +1 sent Aasimar slaves from Dyunk the Slave Trader or Latverk to Nexus.
- In the talk with your companions at the camp you can do the following:
- If camp defense failed, then the friendly npc will be dead and you find your companions in the cave.
- There will be a small dialogue with companions, with no special effects.
- Enter the Portal to Midnight Fane, with Crusade active you will get Endgame quest.
- If you didn't get all your Crusade stats to 5, they will automatically be upgraded to that with some automatic choices.
- Ulbrig will have a short dialogue about your mythic powers, you will have an option to dismiss him from your party.
Find a way to Drezen
- Find the purple abyss barrier on the east side and go through it to enter Drezen (The Way Back). You will be able to select the party you will go there with.
