Allows governing the {barony/kingdom} from adjacent regions, even if those regions are not a part of the {barony/kingdom}. In addition, lowers the time required to resolve events by 1 day in this and adjacent regions.
Notes
- Does not affect buildings which benefit from Relations and Espionage stats on adjacent buildings.
- Strategically it is best to upgrade Silvershire as your second town and build Aviary there, so you could affect all of the eastern regions.
- Since you don't get the fourth town till chapter 5, it makes sense to build a town in Glenebon and construct Aviary there to cover all the western regions.
